approaches in replacement of Existing Level Crossings.

Please refer MOU (copy enclosed) signed between Ministry of Railways and
Ministry of Road transport & Highways for the work of Construction of Road over/ Under Bridges
on National Highways corridors.

As per para 5 of MOU, it has been decided to deposit the token plan & estimation
charges @ Rs. 5 lakhs per ROB/ RUB.

You are hereby authorized to pay the required token money i.e Rs. 5.00 Lakhs
per ROB! RUB out of work contingency of any ongoing project.
