Supported Outpatient was defined in this universal survey as: “The right to go outpatient and have any support(s) you need in contrast to approximately $1,000 or more per night ($30, 000+ per month) per bed/room in this Hospitals psychiatric outpatient wards, five wards on the first and second floor” ___/20 patients answered YES to the question: “Do you think that everyone has the right to supported Outpatient?” ___ patients answered NO ___/20 patients answered YES to a question asking them if they support: “The right to have one or sufficient more people you are living with get extra help from ODSP or another program to uphold you right to be supported outpatient ___/20 patients answered NO. ___/20 patients answered that they support the unconditional right to 12 hour day pass ___/20 patients answered that they support the unconditional right to 6 hour day pass ___/20 patients answered that every hospital patient has the unconditional right to security/tenure of hospital bed/room. ___/20 patients answered that they have they feel like they have the right to postage at the hospital. ___/20 patients have a right to postage to anywhere in the World. ___/20 patients have the right to return postage to include in mail they send so that whoever they send it to can reply [if they were request this]. ___/20 patients had a right to Bus Tickets ___/20 patients had a right to a bus pass ___/20 patients answered YES to the following question: “Are War on Drugs/Fascist terminologies ever used (used against you), like using words like, “privileges,” or words like, “entitlements,” as substitutions for human rights? ___/20 patients answered NO. ___/20 patients answered YES to “Do you support a 40% VAT” ___/20 patients answered NO.
