INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Carefully remove all parts from the carton.
2. Unscrewing canopy ring (E), slide canopy (D) and canopy set screw (E) on pole (F).
3. Attach mounting strap (A) to ceiling outlet box and secure with mounting screws (B).
4. Attach the bare copper ground from the fixture to the ground (or earth) junction box wire, fasten
together with a plastic wire connector. Tighten wrap the wire connector with electrical tape. Be sure no
wire strands are exposed. IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT THE OUTLET BOX IN YOUR HOME BE PROPERLY
GROUNDED.
5. Connect neutral wire from fixture (ridges molded wire) to the neutral wire from the junction box
(usually white). Fasten both wires together with a plastic wire connector and tightly wrap the wire
connector with electrical tape. Be sure no wire strands are exposed.
6. Connect the hot wires from the fixture (smooth wire) to the hot wire (usually black) from the junction
box. Fasten each together with a plastic wire connector and wrap the connection with electrical tape.
DO NOT REVERSE THE HOT AND NEUTRAL CONNECTIONS OTHERWISE SAFETY WILL BE COMPROMISED.
7. Tuck the wire connections neatly into the ceiling outlet box.
8. Slip canopy (D) to ceiling and secure with canopy set screw (E).
9. Insert light bulbs (not included) into sockets.
10. Attach glass shade onto the light and glass holders.
11. Installation is complete. Restore power and test fixture.

outside the glass hole.

Powder Room Sconces
Two pairs (4) of large ribbed Murano glass sconces with nickel supports

POWDER ROOM SCONCES
1. Remove mounting plate (B) from fixture base (E) by removing base screws (D).
2. Place mounting plate (B) on the wall outlet box, use is as a template, mark center points for four
mounting holes on the mounting plate (B). Remove mounting plate (B).
3. Drill small holes on the marked location, the holes should be big enough to accommodate with plastic
anchors (A). Push plastic anchors (A) into the holes.
4. Attach fixture grounding (green) and house grounding wire with to back plate the green screw.
Connect fixture to corresponding house wire with a wire nut. Carefully tock the wires back into the
outlet box. IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT THE OUTLET BOX IN YOUR HOME BE PROPERLY GROUNDED.
5. Connect neutral (white) fixture wire coming from fixture base to neutral (usually white) outlet wire.
Fasten both wires together with a plastic wire connector and tightly wrap the wire connector with
electrical tape.
6. Repeat the procedure with the hot (black) wires. Always make sure that no wire strands are left
outside the connectors. DO NOT REVERSE THE HOT AND NEUTRAL CONNECTIONS OTHERWISE SAFETY
WILL BE COMPROMISED.
7. Affix mounting plate (B) to wall outlet box, inserting mounting screws (C) and screws (G) to secure

9. Attach fixture base (E) to affixed mounting plate (B) and tighten by inserting base screws (D).
10. Insert light bulb into socket.
11. Attach glass shade (J) to fixture base (E) and secure the glass shade to the fixture.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS (Do not use power drill- use hand-held screwdriver):
1.) Unscrew top of back plate from back using the screws on the side (depth) of the sconces- so
that the back portion can be hung on the wall at desired height.

3.) Gently place one edge of the black flap inside the hole in the glass shade. Then, gently bend
the other side of the black flap so that it goes inside the glass shade as well:

MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS/SUGGESTIONS
FIXTURE MUST BE SECURED TO CEILING AT ELECTRICAL BOX, AND FOUR CORNERS, DUE TO IT’S WEIGHT.
IT IS THE INSTALLER RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THE FIXTURE IS SAFELY INSTALLED AND SECURED TO THE
CEILING.
BELOW ARE TWO MOUNTING OPTIONS THAT WILL HELP DISTRIBUTE THE WEIGHT LOAD WHEN SECURING THE
