Powder Room Fixtures

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Carefully remove all parts from the carton.
2. Unscrewing canopy ring (E), slide canopy (D) and canopy set screw (E) on pole (F).
3. Attach mounting strap (A) to ceiling outlet box and secure with mounting screws (B).
4. Attach the bare copper ground from the fixture to the ground (or earth) junction box wire, fasten
together with a plastic wire connector. Tighten wrap the wire connector with electrical tape. Be sure no
wire strands are exposed. IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT THE OUTLET BOX IN YOUR HOME BE PROPERLY
GROUNDED.
5. Connect neutral wire from fixture (ridges molded wire) to the neutral wire from the junction box
(usually white). Fasten both wires together with a plastic wire connector and tightly wrap the wire
connector with electrical tape. Be sure no wire strands are exposed.
6. Connect the hot wires from the fixture (smooth wire) to the hot wire (usually black) from the junction
box. Fasten each together with a plastic wire connector and wrap the connection with electrical tape.
DO NOT REVERSE THE HOT AND NEUTRAL CONNECTIONS OTHERWISE SAFETY WILL BE COMPROMISED.
7. Tuck the wire connections neatly into the ceiling outlet box.
8. Slip canopy (D) to ceiling and secure with canopy set screw (E).
9. Insert light bulbs (not included) into sockets.
10. Attach glass shade onto the light and glass holders.
11. Installation is complete. Restore power and test fixture.

that the glass fits on to center it.

1.) Screw in lightbulb

2.) Carefully insert the bottom disc with the cut out inside the glass hole, while leaving the top disc
outside the glass hole.

Powder Room Sconces
Two pairs (4) of large ribbed Murano glass sconces with nickel supports
Dimensions: 8" wide x 5" deep x 25.5" high
Currently: 4 ____candelabra sockets

POWDER ROOM SCONCES

1. Remove mounting plate (B) from fixture base (E) by removing base screws (D).
2. Place mounting plate (B) on the wall outlet box, use is as a template, mark center points for four
mounting holes on the mounting plate (B). Remove mounting plate (B).
3. Drill small holes on the marked location, the holes should be big enough to accommodate with plastic
anchors (A). Push plastic anchors (A) into the holes.
4. Attach fixture grounding (green) and house grounding wire with to back plate the green screw.
Connect fixture to corresponding house wire with a wire nut. Carefully tock the wires back into the
outlet box. IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT THE OUTLET BOX IN YOUR HOME BE PROPERLY GROUNDED.
5. Connect neutral (white) fixture wire coming from fixture base to neutral (usually white) outlet wire.
Fasten both wires together with a plastic wire connector and tightly wrap the wire connector with
electrical tape.
6. Repeat the procedure with the hot (black) wires. Always make sure that no wire strands are left
outside the connectors. DO NOT REVERSE THE HOT AND NEUTRAL CONNECTIONS OTHERWISE SAFETY
WILL BE COMPROMISED.
7. Affix mounting plate (B) to wall outlet box, inserting mounting screws (C) and screws (G) to secure

9. Attach fixture base (E) to affixed mounting plate (B) and tighten by inserting base screws (D).
10. Insert light bulb into socket.
11. Attach glass shade (J) to fixture base (E) and secure the glass shade to the fixture.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS (Do not use power drill- use hand-held screwdriver):

POWDER ROOM SCONCES

1.) Unscrew top of back plate from back using the screws on the side (depth) of the sconces- so
that the back portion can be hung on the wall at desired height.

Once top (polished) portion of


backplate is off, hang the back at
desired height on the wall.

2.) Screw in light bulbs to sockets


3.) Then, screw in top of backplate back on top of back of backplate on the wall.
4.) Loosen top bracket of fixture by unscrewing top screws
5.) Place glass piece on bottom bracket, hold in place, and rescrew top bracket so that the glass
is secured on the sconce in place.
Kitchen Fixture

Kitchen Fixture

1. Carefully remove all parts from the crate.


2. Remove the mounting plate (B) from the fixture body (E) by loosening ball nuts (F).
3. Affix mounting plate (B) onto the outlet box and secure with mounting screws (D).
4. Connect the hot wire (BLACK) from the fixture to the hot wire from the outlet box (usually BLACK).
Fasten them together with a plastic wire connector (A) provided and wrap the connection with electrical
tape.
5. Connect the neutral wire from the fixture to the wire from the outlet box (usually WHITE). DO NOT
REVERSE THE HOT AND NEUTRAL CONNECTIONS OR SAFETY WILL BE COMPROMISED.
6. Connect ground wire from the fixture (bare copper) to ground wire from the outlet box. IT IS
IMPERATIVE THAT THIS FIXTURE BE GROUNDED.
7. Attach the fixture body (E) onto the mounting plate (B), let screws (C) pass through the holes on the
fixture body (E), then secure with ball nuts (F).
8. Insert bulbs (not included) into the sockets.
9. Attach the plastic washer (G), glass shade (H) to the fixture body (E) and secure with plastic washer (I)
and finial (J).
10. Installation is complete, turn on power at fuse or circuit breaker. ***Clean with a dry, soft cloth only.
Use no harsh abrasives or chemical agents.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

1.) Place fixture upside down on a soft surface

2.) Install bulbs in to sockets

3.) Gently place one edge of the black flap inside the hole in the glass shade. Then, gently bend
the other side of the black flap so that it goes inside the glass shade as well:

11. Installation is complete. Restore power and test fixture.

MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS/SUGGESTIONS

SEATING AREA LARGE FLUSH MOUNTED FIXTURE

FIXTURE MUST BE SECURED TO CEILING AT ELECTRICAL BOX, AND FOUR CORNERS, DUE TO IT’S WEIGHT.

STANDARD ELECTRICAL BOX INSTALLATION PER UL CODE.

IT IS THE INSTALLER RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THE FIXTURE IS SAFELY INSTALLED AND SECURED TO THE
CEILING.

BELOW ARE TWO MOUNTING OPTIONS THAT WILL HELP DISTRIBUTE THE WEIGHT LOAD WHEN SECURING THE
FIXTURE TO THE CEILING. DIAGRAM ATTACHED

OPTION A:

1) HAVE PERMANENT MOUNTING BOLTS COMING OUT OF THE CEILING.


2) CONNECT FIXTURE TO ELECTRICAL BOX WITH CENTER HOLE AND HANG LOOSELY SO THAT WIRES CAN BE
CONNECTED.
3) CONNECT WIRES.
4) PUSH FIXTURE UP OVER THE 4 EMBEDDED MOUNTING BOLTS
5) TIGHTEN TO CEILING.

OPTION B:

1) PREPARE WOOD OR METAL SUPPORT BEAMS ABOVE/IN FINISHED CEILING


2) CONNECT FIXTURE TO ELECTRICAL BOX WITH CENTER HOLE AND HANG LOOSELY SO THAT WIRES CAN BE
CONNECTED.
3) CONNECT WIRES.
4) RAISE FIXTURE TO CEILING, KEEPING ALL CORNERS LEVEL
5) USE LAG SCREWS TO FASTEN FIXTURE TO SUPPORT BEAM, THROUGH THE FINISHED CEILING.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

1.) Lay backplate/flush on it’s back, so sockets and guts are facing up:

2.) Screw in lightbulbs to sockets


3.) Match the letter on the side glass pieces to the letter listed on the mirrored part of the fixture,
and slide the two holes on each side piece on to the screws. Note that if the number on the side
of the fixture is upside down, the glass piece should be installed so that the blue sticker with it’s
number is ALSO upside down:
4.) Screw on the round polished nickel caps on to the screws that are protruding through the glass
pieces, tightening them until the side piece is straight and even with the fixture:

5.) After all side pieces are attached, put on the top four pieces using the screws facing upward:
