KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that I, ________________________ W/o
_________________ aged about ___years, Occ: Landlord, r/o
_____________________________________________, transfers voluntarily as Hiba under
Muslim law, the property bearing no. ____________________, Hyderabad, having land
admeasuring ____ Sq. Yds. with full built up area registered vide Document No _____ dated
___________ Registered in the office of the Sub Registrar of Hyderabad. Purchased from smt
______ , an ancestral property devolving on me from my father, to my son ______ aged about
_____ yrs Occ ___________r/o _______________ Hyderabad.

Hereinafter referred to as "the donee", To Hold the same absolutely forever. I further declare that
the said Hiba has been made by me out of my natural love and affection for the donee and the
same has been accepted by the donee.

WHEREAS the DONOR herein has orally gifted the schedule mentioned property on __________
date in favour of my son the DONEE herein and the fact of this Oral Hiba (gift).

WHEREAS the DONOR herein is the Sons of the DONEE has orally gifted the schedule mentioned
property to the DONEE herein and the DONEE herein has accepted the same as free of cost.

1. WHEREAS the DONOR is a Mohammedan belonging to Sunni Hanafi Sect.

2. The DONOR herein is the absolute owner and possessor of the schedule mentioned
property. The DONOR hereby transfers, conveys and assigns the scheduled mentioned property
in favour of the DONEE to have and to hold the same as absolute owner.

3. The DONOR herein is having great affection and natural love towards the DONEE. As such
the DONOR has decided to gift the schedule mentioned property to the DONEE and make the
DONEE absolute owner by executing this deed in their favour.

4. The DONOR herein hereby conveys and transfers all rights along with all ownership rights
and title hitherto enjoyed by the DONOR herein in respect of the schedule mentioned property in
favour of the DONEE absolutely and forever to hold, use and enjoy the same as absolute owner
thereof without any interference or disturbance from other legal heirs or anybody claiming under
them.

5. The DONOR herein has delivered the peaceful physical and vacant possession of the
schedule mentioned property to the DONEE along with all title deeds etc.,

6. That the DONOR herein declare that the said property is free from all encumbrances,
charges, prior sale, gift, will, mortgage, lien, litigations and court attachments alike of similar
Government or Private encumbrances.

7. The DONOR herein has paid all the Taxes and charges etc., to the respective departments in
respect of the schedule mentioned property.

8. WHEREAS the said Oral Hiba (Gift) was accepted by the DONEE.
9. WHEREAS the DONEE has been authorized by the DONOR to get his name mutated in the
municipal records and other public records and enjoy the gifted property absolutely forever by
paying the property taxes to municipal corporation of Hyderabad on the basis of the said Oral
Hiba.

SCHEDULE OF PROPERTY All that the house bearing municipal No._________, admeasuring
_____ Sq. yards or__________Sq.mts., situated at _____________, Hyderabad, A.P, which is
more clearly shown in the plan annexed and delieated in RED COLOUR and bounded as under:

The said Oral Hiba as stated above was made in accordance with Hanafi law applicable to the
parties in the presence of Witnesses.
