z Heat Treatment
1.Annealing—Heating slowly and uniformly to 800~880℃, furnace cooling to
600℃ at a rate 10~20℃/h. Hardness HB 269 max
2.Stress Relieving — 650~675℃ and holding 2 hours. Furnace cooling.
3.Hardening—
Preheating (1): Warming to 550~600℃, holding 20~30 minutes per 25 mm.
Preheating (2): Warming to 850~900℃, holding 20~30 seconds per 1 mm.

Preheating (3): Warming to 1050~1100℃, holding 20~30 seconds per 1 mm.
Austenitizing: Heating to 1170~1240℃, holding 10~15 seconds per 1 mm.
Quenchant: By oil(40~60℃) , air or hot bath .
4.Tempering—Heating to 540~570℃, holding minimum 60 minutes per 25 mm.
Air-cooling. Triple tempering. Hardness min. HRC 64
