JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-
(i). Monitoring and Supervising E&I scope of Fabrication work, Installation of Cable Ladders, Cable
Trays and Supports (Oglaend System) as per project standard.
(ii). Installation OF Junction Boxes, Instrument Cable Pulling also responsible for Glanding and
Termination.
(iii). Review of Engineering Drawings, Instrument Location and Wiring Layouts, Cable Schedule, Loop
Diagrams, Single Line and inter connection Drawings including Fire & Gas and Telecommunication
System.
(iv). Preparing priority Mechanical Completion Reports (MCR), Coordinating with Client to complete of
RFI ( Request For Inspection) as per Scheduled dates.
(v). Responsible for carrying out Inspection Internal as well as with Main Contractor and Client of Cable
Ladders, Panels, JBs, Instruments (EICT), Cables (Power & Control), Lighting Loops, and Heat Tracing
JBs and Cables as per Project standard and ATEX Compliances.
(vi). Maintaining all Documentation, Inspecting and Completing ITRs (Inspection and Test Records),
Continuity and Meggering (Insulation Test) Providing Assistance in HI POT test, Fibre Optic Test etc.
(vii). Day to Day monitoring and Inspecting the Construction activities and to make DIR (Daily
inspection Report), Instructing Construction Team to minimize punches and maintain Quality by follow
up project standards within Scheduled Time.

2. Worked as “Instrument Commissioning Technician/E&I Supervisor” in “WASCO Engineering Pte.

Ltd. (Marine)” Singapore from January11, 2015 to June, 2016 in association with SMOE Pte. Ltd at
SEMBWANG Shipyard, Singapore on the project “IVAR AASEN” oil & gas production platform
Topside with client DETNORSKEOljeselskap ASA, Norway.

accomplished a wide range of major projects involving Marine FPSO, Topside Production Module, Oil
Rigs and living Quarters for local and Overseas.”
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-
(i). Responsible for Loop checks and Pre Commissioning activities such as:
 Execution of Hot Loop checks for almost all type of transmitters such as Pressure (Capillary,
tubing, DP type), Level(Guided wave Radar, Ultrasonic, DP), Temperature (Thermocouples,
RTD)Flow and Vibration Transmitters.
 Control valves, on/off Valves, Emergency shutdown and Blow Down valves with positioning
and stroke Test.
 Fire and Gas Devices such as IR Flame Detector, Open Path Gas Detector, Flammable Gas
Detector, Toxic Gas Detectors including addressable loops For Heat, Smoke Detectors, Manual
Call Points and Deluge switches.
 Electrical interface signal on the electrical equipment panels and familiarized SAS seimens
Control System.
 Troubleshooting and Function test of Field Instrumentation.
(ii). Responsible for E&I Construction activities such as:
 Installation of Oglaend System (supports, JB Racks etc.), Junction Boxes, RIO cabinets.
 Installation of Process Instruments i.e. Pressure, Pressure Differential (Capillary, tube), Level
(Radar, Ultrasonic, Diaphragm seal), Temperature (RTD, Thermocouple) Transmitters.
 Installation of Fire and Gas Instruments i.e. Flammable and Toxic Gas Detectors, IR Flame
Detectors, Open Path Gas Detectors(OPGDs), Heat & Smoke Detectors, Emergency shutdown
Pushbuttons, Deluge Switches.
 Installation of PAGA equipments i.e. Loud Speakers, CCTV Cameras, Telephones with Acoustic
Hoods, Wireless LAN etc.
(iii). Meggering (insulation Test) and Continuity Test of Power cables and Instrument cables.
(iv). Responsible for Mechanical Completion, quality control at site with improving control measures.
(vi). Manage Documentation,able to read and interpret P&I, IL, Hook-upand layout Drawings, Plan
and Organize for construction and Loop test coordinating with Client/Contractor.

3. Previously Worked as Calibration Engineer (Operations) at NABL accredited laboratory

(ISO/IEC:17025) “NANY Calibration Laboratories Pvt. Ltd.” Ghaziabad, U.P. (India) from Sep. 14,
2014 to dec.29, 2014 for overall monitoring and planning of Calibration and Testing.

4. Worked as Calibration Engineer at an NABL accredited laboratory Accurate Measurements, New

Delhi (India) for instruments calibration (Mechanical, Thermal & Pressure) from Aug 5, 2012 to Sep. 12,
2014.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-
(i). Calibration of Pressure Devices (Gauges, Transmitters), using Hydraulic and Pneumatic Pumps with
Digital Gauges (Make: Keller & Druck) as Masters traceable to National Standard.
(ii). Calibration of Temperature Devices (Gauges, Transmitters, SPRT, RTD, Thermocouples, Recorders,
Temp. Indicator, Ovens, Furnaces etc) using ‘S’ type Thermocouple (Make: Tempsons), pt100 RTD
(Make: Fluke), Dry and Liquid (Silicon Oil) Baths (Make: Fluke), Process Calibrator Fluke 725 as
Masters traceable to National Standards.
(iii). Calibration and Testing of Electrical Equipment’s such as Multimeters, Energy Meters, Clamp
meter, Ammeter, Voltmeters using Bench source of Fluke.
(vi). Calibration of numerous Mechanical(Metric & Mass) Equipments i.e. Linear Height Gauges,
Calipers, Micrometers, Surface Plates, Weighing Balances, Std. Weights etc. Using various Masters
traceable to National Standard.
(v). Knowledge and Execution of ISO/IEC: 17025standards.
