• Collected forest pest traps in the field including, Asian Longhorn Beetle, Oak Ambrosia Beetle, and Walnut Twig Beetle;

• Designed and implemented a monitoring study assessing arthropod biodiversity in differently managed warm-season grass
meadows to understand the effect these management techniques could have on the amount and type of arthropods present
• Processed, analyzed, and interpreted data using Simpson’s Diversity Index and Shannon’s Diversity Index, and used
ArcMap to visualize results
• Produced a report summarizing findings and outlining an action plan for farm managers and future researchers
