Important Instruction (Read & Follow)

1. Admit card is mandatory for written examination. Without original admit card candidate will not be permitted to appear in the
examination. Photocopy of the admit card will not be entertained.
2. Candidates are instructed to bring 4(four) copies of same photographs as uploaded while filling up the application form,
otherwise they will not be permitted to appear for the exam.
3. The seal of AIIMS Bhopal will be affixed on the admit card at the time of examination. It shall be responsibility of the
candidates to ensure that seal is affixed on the admit card before leaving the examination hall.
4. Candidates must produce a valid photo identity card issued by Government of India.
5. Candidates are instructed to reach exam center by 11.00 AM. Candidates will not be allowed to leave examination hall before
04:00 PM.
6. Candidate will be allowed to use only blue/black ball pen to write on answer sheet. Use of pencil is prohibited.
7. Whitener/ correction pen / any electronic gadget including calculator, pager, cell phones etc. are not allowed in the
examination hall.
8. Candidates may be physically frisked.
9. Any act intended to breach the sanctity of the examination will not be tolerated and candidate may be expelled from the
examination and necessary action will be taken.
10. Please ensure that all the columns have been properly marked on question paper sheet.
11. Do not make any mark which may reveal the identity on question paper other than information asked to provide
12. Candidates are not allowed to take question paper with them. It is responsibility of the candidate to submit answer sheet
along with the question paper before leaving the examination hall.
13. Any canvassing / use of unfair means will lead to cancellation of candidature.
14. Keep admit card in safe custody as it would be required at the time of interview/ verification of document.
