Switching Off the power supply & Perform Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) for all the equipment at Waste Recycle Area
(Shredder,Blower,LEV,and all the electrical fitting)

-Double lock will be used (1 from Amco and 1 from -AMCO Safety Dept.

-Tagging must be used and sign by both party

-Safe use of Ladder Toolbox meeting conducted to
all workers before start work
