Investigation of factors influencing Online shopping using Multiple
regression model.

Introduction
In today’s society, online shopping has become an indispensable part in people’s daily life. The
current study aims at investigating the factors that influence efficiency of online business.
After conducting this study, we would be able to understand what are the factors that help in
influencing the efficiency of online business and which factor plays a stronger influencing role
and hence can achieve maximum efficiency i.e., whether the customers want more information
listed about a particular product or whether or not they want after-sales service, etc.

Methodology
1. Research Design

A Quantative approach will be implemented to conduct the study using a questionnaire.


Independent variables used will be (blah blah) against one dependent variable that is
efficiency of online retail business.
The association between numerous variables in the studied population will be established.
Also, the study targets the population of online shopping customers in ICFAI Business
School.

2. Sampling

A random sample of 100 to 200 of the population will be involved in the study.
3. Questionnaire Development

Data collection will be performed using a Questionnaire.


Prior to constructing a questionnaire, numerous literature reviews on online shopping will
be studied to maintain a high reliability of the questionnaire.

4. Data Collection

The primary data will be collected by conducting surveys and distributing Questionnaire
(Soft and hard copies).

5. Data Analysis

The collected data will then be analyzed using Multiple Regression model. The variables
that would be studied include (Blah blah).
