Criminal Convictions
This section must be completed by all applicants. The information disclosed in this section will not be
kept with your application form during the application process. Link to policy.
Please disclose all ‘relevant criminal convictions’. For the purpose of this form ‘relevant criminal
convictions’ means:
· All criminal convictions from which you have received a prison sentence of four years or more;
and
· All criminal convictions obtained in the last five years (including those not resulting in
imprisonment).
The term ‘convictions’ is used to refer to any sentence or disposal issued by a court or court martial. If
all of your convictions fall outside of the definition of ‘relevant criminal conviction’ or you have no
criminal convictions, you can tick “No”.
You do not need to disclose road traffic offences not resulting in disqualification from driving and/or
imprisonment.
