Greetings of Peace!

Part of the noble dictum of Our Lady of Fatima University is to improve man as man, in line
with this, the College of Education of the Antipolo City campus will work hand in hand to
develop the students holistically to produce not only competitive graduates but world- class
professionals.

To ensure the attainment of the goal and to nurture the students of the College of Education
of Antipolo City campus, the college will be holding seminars and outreach programs. Below
are the specific and detailed activities proposed by the GEMSC officers of the college of
education:

September 14, 2018

Seminar

In the morning there will be a seminar that will be held in the AVR. All student of the
College of Education are required to attend. The seminar is all about “Understanding the
Behavior of a child. We will be inviting speakers who can impart his/her knowledge for us to
have more ideas on how to handle situations when it comes to children. At the end of the
seminar certificates of appreciation will be given to the speakers and to the students who
attended the seminar.

December 15, 2018

Outreach Program (Gift giving)

Early gift giving for the children of SitioTabingIlong at Cogeo gate 1. In the morning children
who are 3 to 7 years old are going to registerand will be given a stab for their food and gift.
There will be games for the children and prices to be given. Selected student from the
College of Education will be presenting a play relating to the importance of family. After the
play the children will be given food and gifts. The gift contains coloring book, crayons
papers and pencils.This outreach program is a good way for us to socialize with different
people to know different stories.

January 17, 2019

Outreach Program (Feeding program)

Students in Myamot Elementary School from grade 1-2 who are underweight are the one we
focus on this outreach. In the morning we will serve food for them (sopas and bread). There
will be speaker who will talk about the importance of health for the student to have
knowledge about the food that they will eat for them to be healthy. We will be giving
healthy food for them like milk, bread, banana for each student. This program is for us to
give more knowledge to the students on how important health is.

In line with the aforementioned, there will be series of activities that will cater the needs of
the students. With this, we would like to request for financial support for our 3-daycollege
week. Below are the lists of expenses that we seek assistance with:
