TO ABM, CSS, HUMSS and GAS 11 LEARNERS:

Due to the malware that hacked our online class dated July, 2018 and be officially closed for
maintenance. Today, our online class/LMS via Edmodo is now officially open for Consolidator/s or
Commissioner/s only who is/are RESPONSIBLE and ENTRUSTED student/s to submit
reports/requirements in archive on behalf of their members. Otherwise, those students who are not
officially assigned as Consolidators or Commissioners are not allowed at the moment to use the online
class. Instead, they shall contribute in the accomplishment and compliance of all requirements to
EMPOWERMENT TECHNOLOGIES AND PRACTICAL RESEARCH 1 respectively, viz:

1. Individual encoded and printed reflection paper/s with 200 words and more that centered on what
you have most learned of the aforesaid subject/s from June to July, 2018 only of the First Quarter
of S.Y. 2018-2019. Also, what are experience/s or insight/s you have gained to the subject/s that
truly help shape your personality and how these/this experience/s or insight/s translate/orchestrate
you in facing and meeting 21st Century Education.
With respect to mechanics, viz: encoded and printed it in a long bond paper, double space,
Arial and 12 is the font style and size respectively, Normal is the margin, justify the text.
Encode your name and grade level and strand on top of the paper in all CAPITAL LETTERS
ONLY ( ETECH AND PR 1);
2. Individual encoded report/s with reflection/insight and assessment (quiz) with 10-item in multiple
choice format only with answer key. With respect to mechanics, viz: encoded in long bond
paper, double space, Arial and 12 is the font style and size respectively, Normal is the
margin, justify the text and answer key be embedded/included in the encoded document (
ETECH and PR 1);
3. Individual reports in MS Powerpoint Presentation anchored on assigned topics/subject matter (
ETECH and PR 1);
4. All test questionnaires shall be officially signed by the parents. All learning/reference guide shall
be placed/fastened properly in the folder. Meanwhile, those who have not yet submitted folders
and documents shall comply ASAP and the assigned Consolidator/Commissioner together with
Deputy Consolidator shall help and inform the group ( ETECH and PR 1);
5. Individual/Group video presentations ( Dates of submission and criteria are posted below).

5.1 Individual Presentation: Make a 5 to 8 minutes video presentation that deals with product
advertisement. Choose your own product for your advertisement. (EMPOWERMENT
TECHNOLOGIES ONLY-earlier or on October 10-15, 2018);

5.2 Individual Presentation: Make a 5 to 8 minutes video presentation that deals with your advocacy to
support world peace, climate change, family, government and others. Subject matter must
empower and should be persuasive/helpful to the public/world. Upload your videos to Youtube
and Edmodo respectively. (EMPOWERMENT TECHNOLOGIES ONLY-earlier or on
September 20, 2018);

5.3 Individual Presentation: Make a video presentation on what you have learned to our subject/s, if
you have gained insights and experiences thru your teacher that truly help shape and orchestrate
your personality in facing 21st Century education. If the expectations you have dreamed towards
the subject/s and from the teacher are actually met. Lastly, print your full transcript of your
reflection paper and post it to our LMS (Edmodo) respectively. ( EMPOWERMENT
TECHNOLOGIES AND PRACTICAL RESEARCH 1 ONLY-(earlier or on October 10-15,
2018);

5.4 Group Presentation: Make a video presentation for school campaign advertisement and the winner
video will be used/featured exclusively for school campaign thru Youtube or Facebook account.
Please download the school brochure for your guidance. (EMPOWERMENT
TECHNOLOGIES-(earlier or on October 20, 2018 only);

5.5 Group Presentation: Make an 8 or more minute/s video presentation of your favorite dance music
for mentoring dance practice. Dance video shall mentor steps/moves. (EMPOWERMENT
TECHNOLOGIES ONLY-earlier or on October 10-15, 2018);

Requirement nos. 5.1, 5.3, 5.5 are to be submitted on or earlier October 10-15, 2018 only and each of
them is equivalent 100 points and additional 5 points for the final examination be given. Failure to
comply after the date of submission and beyond will automatically deduct 10 points each day and no
more 10 additional points for the final examination;

6. Photocopy the 20 pages of EMPOWERMENT TECHNOLOGIES (tentatively release) and

PRACTICAL RESEARCH 1 for summative test and is tentatively set on September 20, 2018.
Submission of photocopied material shall be submitted earlier or on September 10-15, 2018 only;
7. Photocopy the list of top performing students in a long bondpaper and place it in your folder and
highlight your name/s as well ( earlier or on September 15, 2018 only).This requirement is only
for the top performing students.
8. Download worksheets, reference/learning guide and other learning materials via assigned
Consolidators or Commissioners of the group ( to be announced);

At the moment, please submit your requirements nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4 earlier or on September 12, 2018
only. Each requirement is equivalent to 100 points + 5 points for second grading examination.
However, those group who fail to pass/submit the requirements will be deducted their 100 points with
10 points and no more additional 5 pts. for 2nd grading exam after the official date of submission and
beyond.
Meanwhile, requirement 1 otherwise known as First Quarter Reflection Paper shall be printed in
hard copy/ies and collected by the assigned Consolidators/Commissioners of the group. Henceforth, all
requirements shall be in ARCHIVE of each group to be uploaded by the assigned Consolidators or
Commissioners to Edmodo earlier or on the date of submission. Use your free time in school to comply
and work with your requirements. Work or group study at home every evening is not encouraged and
please follows all directions.
Individually photocopy or download and print this piece of information in pdf to our Edmodo via
Commissioner/s and Consolidator/s only for your clearance and shall be placed in your folder. Please
