M. Tech. Project

Title: Analysis of Seamless Bidirectional DC-DC Converter for Battery Hybrid power generators
Description: This work deals with analysis of bidirectional DC-DC converter for hybrid power generator
system. There are different types of bidirectional dc-dc converter, but this converter is two stage converter
consists of isolated and non-isolated converter. The proposed converter has advantages such as low rating of
component, low cost, low switching losses as ZCS technique is used. The application of this type of converter
is in battery hybrid power generator system and standalone systems etc. The proposed model of bidirectional
DC-DC converter with fuzzy controller is developed in the MATLAB/SIMULINK environment. The hardware
prototype of converter is designed using PIC microcontroller.
