    Summary of submission
    1) No direct evidence is there to prove that accused is jointly or individually liable for
    the felony U/S 302/34?
    As the police failed to locate the weapon(s) of offence or find any eye witness or
    Witnesses, narco- test has been done which violates article 20(3) of the constitution, the
    confession made by the accused was non- judicial confession .The confession made by
    any accused in police- custody this will not play against the accused.

    2) Father and community leader is not liable U/S 302/34


    According to the fact there was no prior meeting of minds was absent
