The organisational structure of Bharat Forge is more hierarchical in nature. The topmost level is The
Chairman and Managing Director- Mr. B.N.Kalyani which is followed by the Deputy Managing
Director – Mr.G K Agarwal and then in the next levels we see various Independent Directors, namely
- Mr. Pratap G Pawar, Mr. S M Thakore, Mrs. Lalita D Gupte, Mr. P H Ravikumar, Mr. Naresh Narad,
Dr. T Mukherjee and Mr. Vimal Bhandari. After seeing these levels we also see that there is a level of
Non-Executive Directors, Mr. P C Bhalerao. We find a set of Executive Directors in the next level. The
Executive Directors in Bharat Forge as per the updated data are - Mr. Amit B Kalyani, Mr. B P
Kalyani, Mr. S E Tandale and Mr. Kishore Saletore. This level is then followed by Executive VPs, who
are also looked under by the Chaiman and Managing Director. Different VPs are appointed for
different segments, some are there under corporate affairs, Legal and Secretarial, etc.

After this two group levels, we have see and understand the further. The next level in the structure
is of the Group CEO or the Senior Vice President who are supervised by Executive Directors of the
company. The members of this level presently are Mr. P.K. Maheshwari and Mr. S.K. Joglekar.

The chairman and Managing director then looks in to the further more classified levels of the
organizational structure of the company. The level that comes next to the earlier talked levels is

Senior VP. So , here in Bharat Forge we see that there are many senior VPs for different sectors, like
for eg. Engineering, sales, promotion, etc. The names of the seniors VPs are- M T Pathak, R
Radhakrishnan, B P Kalyani, M U Takle, V K Jain, S Tandale, S V Bhave, M G Dattawadker and M N
Deshmukh. This is the last level of the organizational main structure that is followed in Bharat Forge
multinational company.
