o Dentists require a vast amount of knowledge. They need to have knowledge of
injuries, illness, and defects. The profession requires knowing what patients need
and the ability to provide that to them. They also need to know a great deal of
biology, so they know how the human body works. Dentists need to know the
English language so they can communicate and with patients. The career also
requires some knowledge of phycology, so they can evaluate their patients. The job
also requires administration and management, chemistry, personal and human
resources, economics and accounting, and education and training, etc. All of these
different fields of knowledge make for a good dentist who is confident in his/her
work.
