MARK JOSEPH ZAPUIZ Y RAMOS @ "JAYMART"

POSTMORTEM FINDINGS:

Fairly developed, fairly nourished male cadaver in rigor mortis with postmortem lividity at the
dependent portions of the body. Conjuntivae are pale. Lips and mailbeds are cyanotic.

HEAD AND TRUNK:

1. Gunshot wound, thru and thru, point of entry, occipital region, measuring 0.4 by 0.3 cm,
inferiorly, directed anteriorwards, upwards and medialwards, fracturing the occipital bone,
lacerating both cerebral hemispheres of the brain, making a point of exit at the right
supraorbital region, measuring 1 by 0.6 cm, 4 cm. right of the anterior midline.

2. Abrasion, left shoulder, measuring 5 by 4 cm, 10 cm from the posterior midline.

The occipital and frontal bones are fractured with massive subdural and subarachnoidal
hemorrhages.

The rest of the visceral organs are markedly pale. Stomach contains small amount of grayish sticky
liquid.

CONCLUSION:

Cause of death is Gunshot Wound, Head.

Male dead human body stiff joint and muscles after death, black and bluish color after death, outer
surface of the eye are pale. Lips and nail beds are in bluish discoloration.

Head & trunk:

Gunshot wound has passed through the body leaving both entry and exit, at the back of the head where
the bullets goes through, it directed going to the front from the back, it is upward going to the middle.
And the gunshot exit was located at the right eye, just above the eyes and in doing so, the bullet
fractured the skull, and it deep wounding both either of the rounded halves of cerebrum of the brain
and caused severe bleeding on the gap or space of the skull.

at the back of his head exiting through his right eye, thereby inflicting upon the said EMMANUEL
RAMIREZ y ARELLANO mortal gun shot wound, which was the direct and immediate cause of his
death thereafter.

An autopsy was conducted and the report of Dr. Tito Doromal, the medico-legal officer,
revealed that the child was sexually violated and that the following caused her death: (a)
asphyxia by strangulation; (b) fractured, 2nd cervical vertebra; and (c) hemorrhage, 2nd
degree to lacerated vaginal and rectal openings.

A. Choking her that cause deprivation of oxygen through pressing her throat so she
cannot breath;
B. Broken second uppermost part of the backbone
C. Losing of blood from ruptured blood vessel and second degree of cut in vaginal and
rectal openings.

SALVADOR ESPELITA, inflicting mortal wounds

FINDINGS: The victim lies in supine position, stocky in built; his clothing completely soaked with
fresh blood.

CHEST:
(+) stab wound 2 inches below the L nipple 4 inches deep running medially to the anterior
median line.

(+) stab wound 2 inches to the L of the anterior median line at the level of the L nipple 5½
inches deep running posteriorly.

(+) stab wound 1 inch above the L nipple 4 inches deep running inferomedially.

(+) stab wound 2 inches to the left of the anterior median line 4 inches deep running
inferoposteriorly.

(+) stab wound 1 inch to the right of the anterior median line at the level of the second right
intercostal space 0.5 inch in depth.

(+) stab wound ½ inch to the right of the anterior median line at the level of the xyphoid
process 3½ inches deep running superiorly.

(+) stab wound at the level of the L nipple L anterior axillary line 4½ inches in depth running
superiorly to the left armpit.

(+) hack wound at the left armpit 3 inches long injuring the muscles and the blood vessels.

(+) lacerated wound on the left palm almost cutting off the proximal phalanx of the left thumb.

following wounds:

1. Wound, gunshot: Entrance, ovaloid, 0.8 cm. in diameter with contusion collar, arm, left, proximal
third lateral aspect, fracturing the left humerus simple, complete, to run underneath skin and muscle
of axilla, to enter the thoracic cavity, left, lacerating the superior lobe of left lung, making no point of
exit, two (2) metallic fragments were recovered admixed with blood in the left thoracic cavity.

2. Wound, gunshot: Entrance, ovaloid, 0.8 cm. in diameter with contusion collar, scapular region
(level of axilla), along left posterior axillary line, 17.0 cm. to left mid-vertebral line, 126.0 cm. above
left heel, fracturing left scapular bone, to enter thoracic cavity, lacerating the superior lobe of left
lung, perforating ventricle of the heart, then lacerating the lower lobe of right lung, making no point of
exit, a slug is lodged and recovered underneath the skin, chest, anterior level of the 5th ICS, 15.5
cm. to right of mid-sternal line and 115.0 cm. above right heel.

CAUSE OF DEATH: Shock and Hemorrhage due Gunshot Wounds.
