for Recruitment in Clerical Cadre in Participating Organisations

1. It has been decided by the Participating Organisations to conduct six day training programme ––
Date : 26/11/2018 TO 01/12/2018 Time : 09:00 AM TO 01:00 PM
2. You are requested to bring proof of your SC/ST/ Minority Community/Ex Servicemen / Person with Benchmark Disability status
failing which you will not be allowed to attend the training programme.
3. Carry this letter alongwith photocopy of photo identity proof with you and report to the venue 30 minutes before the time printed on
this call letter.
4. In this connection, please note that you will have to arrange at your own cost for your accommodation/lodging and boarding.
5. Please note that merely by attending the above training, a candidate does not qualify for employment in any/all Participating
Organisations. Further, if you are found ineligible at any stage, your candidature will be treated as cancelled.
6. All candidates should strictly comply with the directions given to them by the training instructor/administrator. Any candidate found
disregarding these directions will be liable to be debarred from the training and may be asked to leave.
7. Any request for change of training centre or the training date and timing will not be entertained.
