1. We are the surviving heirs of Guillerma Elicho Alba, who died in Puerto Princesa
City on February 26, 2014 who left a certain parcel of agricultural land covered and
embraced by Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) No. 177723 containing an area of
SIXTY SIX THOUSAND (66,000) SQUARE METERS and located at Brgy. Salvacion,
Puerto Princesa City;
2. That the aforementioned lot is not tenanted and has never been tenanted and
nor it is subject to a lease agreement to third parties whatsoever;

3. Further, the above described parcel of land has been in our possession without
any intervention of whatsoever, hence the land is not tenanted or under any lease by
any agricultural tenant or lessee;

4. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing statements
and for the issuance of Certificate of Clearance from the Department of Agriculture
(DAR)-Provincial Office, Palawan and for all legal intents and purposes it may serve.
