OBM MOTOR had problem with H.S coupling fixing.Had difference of about 20 tou clearence on
PA 606 shaft.Coupling fixing area had machined along with bearing part area during repair job
motor side coupling materila bulid up done and machined to required size.
Motor along with coupling to be shifted to area and alignment to be finished
Pinion bearings to be inspected and greasing to be done.
Girth Gear sump cleaning and trunion bearins oil renewal.
Hydralic lift pumps suction & discharge side overhauling.
OBM H.S & L.S Laser Alignment done.During running condition monitoring readings taken.Motor
side rotor unbalance problem observed.Motor base back bolts looseness observed.
