Position Vacant: PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities

 Responsibilities are diverse and range from general civil engineering duties to technical works that requires
strong capability in Auto CAD, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
 Responsible for the project design
 Lead and facilitates civil engineering design staff
 Determine timeframes, budgets, staffing, and project schedule
 Meet project and client deadlines
 Work in timely fashion to meet project budget
 Prepare graphics, exhibits, and site/civil construction plans
 Compose technical reports, memos and other written communications
 Manage and produce BOQ’s
 Maintain positive cash flow and maximize profitability on project
 Able to deal with tough negotiations and pressures of fast paced environment

Requirement

 Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering

 5 to 10 years related experience
 Ability to communicate effectively with clients, coworkers, sub consultants etc
 Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects

Salary: Negotiable based of qualification and experience
