Course Description:

This course is designed to provide the students the development theories and concepts to critically analyze health needs and concerns of the individual, family, and
community. Classroom lectures provide the students with activities to develop the skills knowledge and attitudes, the values on health promotion and identification and
management of risk factors.

Terminal competencies:

Given the healthy client/ clients at risk, the students will be able to apply the nursing process in meeting the promotive and preventive health needs across lifespan.
