 Medical Certificate for being
misleading.

The said Medical Certificate was

not issued by a government
authorized Examining Physician
as required by law.

WHEREFORE, Juan Dela Pena respectfully prays that this Honorable Court
deny the admissions of the foregoing exhibits offered by the prosecution for the
reason stated above.
Juan Dela Pena further prays for such other reliefs just and equitable under
the premises.
