Please be informed that currently the Global Fund Secretariat, in collaboration with partner organizations is working on a project
“Future of Wambo.org e-Procurement Platform”.
The project is implemented PwC and aims to evaluate and suggest improvements to the current state of wambo.org. In addition to
interviewing Wambo.org users, the project team would like to meet representatives from few Wambo.org non-user countries. India has
been selected as one of the non-users of Wambo.org e-procurement platform. The project team would like to learn more about India’s
experience in procurement of health products and in particular through the government procurement system; Obtain your view and
thought on the future of global health procurement, major challenges, and opportunities.

The project team plans to travel to India during the next week (from 5 to 9 February 2018). If possible, the team would like to meet the
following officials of MoHFW, disease programs and representatives of procurement agents. We would highly appreciate your usual
support in scheduling meetings with the below-listed officials. We apologize for such a short notice and count on your understanding.
