Agha steels industry limited strives to achieve excellence by becoming the industry leader and
the largest manufecture of steel product in pakistan

1)Customer When we talk about first component which is customer,it means Who
are the customers? Amreli steels mission statement not define that who are the customer
mean while its name Amreli steels its shows that industry must have steel products which is
not good enough for good mission statement.

Lets talk about agha steel industies limited industry have mentioned the line manufecture of
steel product in a broad way which is defines the alternatively customer. is a +1. Well agha
steel have good from customer point of view.

2)Products or services it means What are the firm's major products or

services? These components are inter related to each other. As I define in first component
that Both industries not define product (which is steels bar ) just define steel prouct is not
a good enough for mission stements, have one advantage if they want to diversification ,they
can.

3)Markets: Where does the firm compete? . Agha steels having advantage of clearly
mention the The word in steels product means its compete in steels sectore having diffent product

4)Technology: What is the firm's basic technology? Both industries not defines technology in
mission statement by which they made their product ,

5)Concern for survival, growth, and profitability: What is the firm's

commitment towards economic objectives? Amreli steels is clearly mentioned the line in statement (
contributing to the well-being of shareholders and employees. ) meanwhile agha steels have’nt
mentiond any thing related to concern for survivals,growth,and profitability.

6)Philosophy: What are the basic beliefs, core values, aspirations and philosophical priorities
of the firm? Phylosophically amreli steels mission is some how rerate meanwhile agha steels havent
discusssed.

steels have domenent position we can take it as a cpmpitative advantage over agha steels,

As we compare both mision statement of amreli steels and agha steels . both
statements not justify the total mission staement components, but as
coparesion amreli steels meeets the meximum requirments of mission
statemnt , well it better then agha steels in components point of view.
