Instructions to the members/participants
1. Kindly bring Photo ID Card with you.
2. No eatables will be served in the main area, smoking and drinking is strictly prohibited in the area.
3. Every effort will be made to hold all events depending upon time available, participation level.
4. In case of less than three participants, only certificates will be issued to the winners.
5. Participants who are diabetic or having BP/Hypertension/Fever/Heart ailment etc. should avoid running
however; they are requested to witness the event.
6. Annual General Body Meeting of VAAD will be held after the meet.
