JOB SUMMARY:

Assists CSO-C in the implementation of the established security systems and procedures of the port, to
include but not limited to access control, patrol procedures, and port facility security monitoring in
coordination with other PMO units, LGU, and other law enforcement agencies.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1 Maintains peace and order within the areas of responsibility.

2 Enforces PMO pass control and access control regulations.
3 Implements pertinent provisions of General Port Rules and Regulations.
4 Conducts arrest/apprehensions of criminals, lawless elements and other violators of existing laws
prevailing within the port jurisdiction.
5 Implements directives issued by higher officers.
6 Enforces traffice regulations within area of responsibility.
7 Respond to emergency calls and complaints from port users/public.
8 Reports any unsual incidents, occurences within area of responsibility.
9 Submits incident reports and other required reports.
10 Conducts patrol and surveillance and intelligence data-gathering activities, as directed by his
superior.
11 Performs other related tasks/functions as directed.
