This seminar report describes a footstep power generation system. The system converts the kinetic energy from footsteps into electrical energy using mechanical components like shafts, bearings, gears, and a DC generator. It then stores the generated electrical energy in a battery. The report includes chapters on introducing the need for non-conventional energy sources, describing the working principle and components of the system like the footstep arrangement and gear mechanism, providing assembly diagrams and specifications, and discussing advantages, disadvantages and applications of the system. The report aims to fulfill the requirements for a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
