INTRODUCTION

CHAIN LINK Industries Qatar LLC, is a Qatari Local limited liability

company promoted by professionals, with years of experience in
manufacturing and installing Chain Link fences in the state of Qatar.
Integration of the process ensures timely delivery, quality installation
and complete turnkey solutions to your security fencing requirements.
We strive to maintain the highest standards of quality and customer
satisfaction.

We lay complete emphasis on the quality of products manufactured,

starting from each and every raw material selected, for processing we
follow British BSI (1722 part1—10) or American ASTM , AASHTO,
Qatari standards or any other international standards, as may be
specified for the given project.

Each fencing project is handled with complete professionalism. First

CAD drawings are prepared in house with intricate details and
technical specifications for the client's approval. Once approved,
materials are selected as per approved specifications and then
manufacturing and fabrication are undertaken. Inspection and quality
control are carried out prior to the delivery of the material to the
designated site. The installation is carried out as per the CHAIN LINK
Industries Installation manual, using appropriate foundation and
concrete mix—as required for each project by our team of skilled
technicians, under the strict supervision of our engineers.

PVC coated or galvanized fabric is fixed on ERW circular round section

tubular posts “L” angles or SHS /RHS posts galvanized as per ASTM a—53
SCH 40 , or BS 1387 galvanized to BS en ISO 1461 or ASTM a –123 are
firmly fixed with hot dipped galvanized standard fence fittings. Extra security
is provided by fixing on top 3/6 rows of barbed wire with or without razor
tapes or concertina barbed wires.

We provide sturdy heavy duty Gate construction to aesthetically match

the fence construction. The framework is adequately braced to provide
sturdy and rugged construction as gates are exposed to maximum strain
in terms of repeated usage. Optionally, we can also provide SHS
Sectional gates and sliding gates as per the requirements. Sliding gates
are
e both manually operated and motorized, with Italian motors and
controls including push button and remote controls.

MOBILE FENCE

We also specialize in mobile fences for flexibility in use and easy

transportation, suitable for sites, where soil cannot be disturbed by
digging for foundation and a fence is required for security. The layout
of mobile fences can be changed as and when required and also moved
from one site to another. The frames are electro
electro welded tubular
construction and in filled with generally 3 MM G.I. wire infill 60x60
meshes. Many designs of mobile fences are offered based on the
customer needs. There are also decorative designs for a superior look.

PALISADE FENCE
In today world "security" is of paramount importance and in crime
and vandalism world over has dictated a need for a security perimeter
fence which offers" protection" in terms compared to conventional
fences available in market which are not full proof and can easily be
tempered with.

Palisade fencing system provides a formidable barrier and is

manufactured from cold roll formed steel sections designed to provide
strength and rigidity, which offers excellent performance in standard
height from1.2m to 3.60m.

A wide range of specification are available offering a choice of "D"

type or "W" type pale section which are offered with a vanity of heads
chosen by the risk assessment for a particular site.

Palisade fencing is supplied in 2.75m wide panels complete with

security fastenings all steel components are pre-fabricated and pre-
punched-drilled for speedy on site assembly and erection.

Palisade fence has been widely successfully used the following

application as a cost effective means of security fencing. Industrial,
power generation stations, electricity substation, gas installations, oil
terminals, fuel terminals, military installation, magistrates courts &
airport perimeters.
