Dear IBOs,

Effective immediately, those who are asking for photo copies of company
documents such as SEC Certificates, DTI Registration, Product Registration,
Material Safety Data Sheet, etc. must request in writing and state the reason/s
where those documents shall be used. We will not grant any request if the reason
is not clearly specified.

Also, the requesting IBO must personally pick up and acknowledge the
documents. WE WILL NOT MAIL ANY PHOTO COPIES TO ENSURE THAT THE SAID
DOCUMENTS WILL BE RECEIVED BY THE REQUESTING IBO AND WILL NOT BE USED
FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSE EXCEPT FOR THE REASON STATED IN THE REQUEST.

This is in compliance to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) of the United
States of America.
