RADIO BROADCAST CONTRACT

1. 103.7 HEART RADIO PHILLIPINES undertakes to broadcast the advertising materials (s) provide/approved by
CLIENT in its 103.7 HEART RADIO PHILLIPINES Station in Diplahan, Zamboanga Sibugay at such frequency and
for the period and rates provided herein;\

2. Unless otherwise specified, payment shall be made before broadcast (PBB).

3. 103.7 HEART RADIO PHILLIPINES reserves the right to terminate broadcast of advertising material in case of
failure of payment.

4. CLIENT shall provide or approve advertising material content subject to the right of 103.7 HEART RADIO
PHILLIPINES to reuse in case materials is violated of existing laws and regulations, including immoral, illegal or
offensive to good customs;

5. 103.7 HEART RADIO PHILLIPINES assumes no responsibility for false claims in advertisement.

6. Penalty rates 3% per month shall be charge for any unpaid advertising amounts computed from due date.

7. Any suit arising from this agreement shall filed in the proper courts in the Municipal Trial Court of Zambonga
Sibugay Province.
