Documents required – Checklist

Please provide the following documents to support your application

[Note: we prefer that you submit your application documents in softcopy format. Please ensure
documents (e.g. photos, transcripts) are scanned in medium-resolution only (less than 1MB per
item if possible), for easier internet transmission.]

A copy of your NRIC/IC and/or passport identity pages.

A copy of a recent, passport-sized photograph.

Copies of official transcripts from tertiary institutions at which you have studied.

A personal statement indicating your reasons and purpose for applying to study in this
AGST Alliance program

A copy of 5-8 pages of an academic paper you have written e.g. a paper submitted
for assessment in your most recent tertiary qualification. [If you do not have such
writing available, you may be requested to write a sample before your application is
approved].

Two letters of commendation: one from a leader of your church/Christian


organisation, and one from the principal or a lecturer of an academic institution.
NOTE: PLEASE REQUEST THE REFEREES TO EMAIL/SEND THEIR LETTERS DIRECTLY
TO THE AGST ALLIANCE REGISTRAR

If your main language is not English, a certified IELTS or TOEFL score.

A non-refundable application fee of RM100/SG$100. Check on the AGST Alliance
