 INSTRUCTIONS

1. Please bring this Admit card in original with one recent passport size color photograph rmly pasted on it
(similar to the uploaded photograph) and Roll No. to be written on it. Candidate without photograph
pasted on the Admit card will not be permitted to appear for the examination.

2. Bring one original government authorized photo identity proof Aadhar Card/Voter ID card/Valid Indian
passport/PAN Card only with photograph. Candidate without original photo identity proof will not be
permitted to appear for the examination.

3. Candidate will not be allowed to enter in the examination center after 8:30 AM. No candidate will be
allowed to leave the examination hall until full examination time is over.

4. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidate for appearing in the examination.

5. Examination will be conducted through computer based exam mode. Candidate must enter their User
Name and Password which will be provided in the examination hall to start the exam.

6. Use and bringing of books, any electronics gadgets like calculator, mobile phone etc. is not permissible.

7. Any Request for change of Examination center/venue/date/time of examination will not be entertained.

8. Admit card is to be handed over to the Invigilator in the examination hall. Candidate has to put his/her
signature on the declaration provided on the admit Card in the presence of the Invigilator. Keep one copy
of the admit card for future reference.

9. Login will be allowed 10 mins prior to assessment time. Candidates are advised to read the instructions
carefully during this tenure.

10. For any type of transport failure like bus, train, auto strike etc. AIIMS Rishikesh will not be held responsible.

11. Candidates are instructed NOT to carry any thing (like watches, any electronic devices, pen,
stationary, ornaments/jewelry etc.) inside exam hall. If anything suspicious caught inside exam
hall your exam will be terminated.

12. Candidate will not be allowed to carry anything except Admit Card and ID proof inside Exam
Centre.

NOTE :Candidates are advised to check location of the test center one day in advance to avoid any type of
difculty on the exam day.
