New Features
▪ IEM Remote Control feature was added to allow Service Desk Analysts to access users desktops
using HTML 5 functionality.
▪ An IEM database import is now available from the Ivanti App store.

Feature Enhancements
The following enhancement feature enhancements were added in this release:

▪ In ISM Discovery, Administrators can now enable LanProbe on a Gateway server.

allows a task to run.

Resolution:
As per my observation
somehow meta data is
not refreshed properly.
Workaround: Dirty
Expression which is
having Substring0 or
Substring, so that meta
data get refreshed
properly.
During my investigation
I found another issue
related to Substring0
and Substring. This issue
got fixed and it is
available in 2017.2
release.
