Abstract
Health Insurance provides coverage for medical expenses to the policy holder.
Uninsured individuals receive lesser timely medical care adversely affecting the
health besides exposing to undue extra financial burden. This study aims to study the
awareness of policy details, claim processes, agents activities, promotion, brand
image of service provider, and attractiveness of the schemes offered by Insurance
companies in Imphal City. The findings from this study will provide positive
feedback to all the stakeholders in health care insurance sector.

Abstract:
Technology adoption in banking sector has been one of the highest in
service industry. As per the requirements of the customers, banking sector has
expanded its functions to meet them. Technological revolution has replaced most of
the manual banking transactions. E- Banking through the deployment of technological
advancements has made huge inroads in all major service related activities affecting
the traditional service rendering pattern. This paper is an attempt to check and study
the Awareness of e-Banking services among the customers of both public and private
sector banks in Imphal, Manipur (India). The findings of this study will provide value
added feedbacks to customers as well as banks.

Abstract

Food tourism or food and tourism have emerged as a major theme for recent tourism
research. Food tourism defines cuisine as place and is used in many forms and
interactions with tourists. Types and nature of cuisines are influenced by geographical
factors like longitude, latitude, weather, the plantation and vegetation of an area,
region or country. This article is an attempt to study the food habits or rather cuisines
of inhabitants of different areas of Manipur basing on the geographical classification
of the State and the different approaches undertaken to market these areas to attract
visitors.
