3.CONDITION OF DELIVERY

The dimensions and tolerances shall be as specified on the order/
drawing. Wherever these are not specified, forgings shall be
supplied as per agreement between the purchaser and the supplier.
6. MANUFACTURE,
Forgings shall be manufactured from steel produced by the electric
arc furnace or such other process as may be agreed to between
the purchaser and the supplier.
