I. Motivation
The teacher will show a video clip about adolescence. Some engaging
questions will be asked to the students after watching the said video.

* What did he do so that he could take on the challenge?
* What enabled him to resolve his special challenge?
* Share a similar story, either yours or by others you know who

II. Introduction of the new lesson


The teacher will introduce the lesson about adolescence.

III. Lesson Proper


The teacher will discuss the following concepts about adolescence.
* Definition of Adolescence
* Physical Changes and Body Image
*Erik Erikson’s Self-Identity
* James Marcia’s Development of Self-Identity
