(7) Extra QMS appointed as soon as possible

(1) As per letter of WAPCOS ltd dtd.13/09/2017 GSB layer thickness shall be adopted 200mm and
accordingly whole design shall be modified by Agencies is to be approved by WAPCOS ltd.

(2) All staff of WAPCOS ltd shows we regularly present at Ambaji office and coordinate with local R&B
officers of Ambaji.

(3) Instructions are given to WAPCOS Ltd. staff to attend next meeting with all necessary relevant
document.
