Summary: Customer after upgrading to PowerPath 6.1/6.2 gets the above mentioned error message. After mounting appsync.Error
Message being : "EMC Power Path Error: PPMPStorageArrList: MPAPI NODEV error=44689232."
Issue: After successfully upgrading the server ffrom 6.0 to 6.1 and after after mounting Appsyncwe observed the below errors in
the application logs :

and then we got these errors streaming only while the PowerPath Administrator GUI was OPEN

Cause: These messages will be seen from PowerPath 6.1 onwards because this error handling and corresponding logging was
introduced as a part few changes then went in PowerPath 6.1.
Change: It is expected that in the future releases of PowerPath, the above messages will be handled in a user-friendly manner
(Changing the message level from Error to Warning in the application event logs).
