I,MARCIANA S. BAUTISTA, Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident of

Davao City, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with
law, do hereby depose and say:

1. That I am the owner of a parcel of land situated at Libasan,

Nabunturan, Compostela Valley with TCT-CARP2017000308 subject of
sale to the Provincial Government of Compostela Valley;

2. That the said parcel of land is not tenented or titled by any other
person nor subject to agricultural leasehold;

3. That I am executing this affidavit for purposes of transferring the

ownership of the said parcel of land in favor of the Provincial Local
Government Unit of Compostela Valley and for securing the necessary
clearances from other government agencies;

4. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of all the

foregoing declarations and for whatever legal purpose this may serve.
