Achievements:
Completed Aneamia Pilot Study within the timelines and met the patient recruitment rate. Was responsible for
overall site management activities.
Updated the PI's, coordinators and sites database of Hyderabad region. Also selected few investigators from various
therapeutic areas as KOL's for MakroCare by face to face meeting. This process helped us doing the feasibilities for
RFP's in timelines meeting the client requirements and discussions of the clients about their studies directly with
the Investigators.
Have resolved the site monitoring issues for Lactation failure Nutritional Study at Pune site and developed good
relationship with the PI, Site coordinator which helped in smooth conduct of the study.
Was responsible for conducting feasibilities for more than more than 20 RFP's and was technically helpful for the
BD team for discussions with the clients.
Responsible for PI's selection for epilepsy study within the stringent budget. Played a main role in finalizing the
central EC and also for the approval of the study.
Protocol inputs from the PI's, KOL's for Urology, Burns studies which helped in redesigning of the protocol.
Played an important role in finalising the site for the constipation study meeting the deadlines and Central EC
approval for the study.
Impressed the client on his visit by arranging meeting with the principal investigator for resolving his queries with
the laparoscopic study related issues and agreed to give 2 more projects.
Reviewed and resolved the monitoring issues for the Ulcerative Colitis study.
