1.1 Points to note

1. If you can download in bulk successfully, but the system pops up

"Your Java version has expired", please select "Block" or "later".

Do not select “updates (recommended )” !!!

2. The batch download is not available if you use Chrom Browser,

Please switch to IE8 or IE11 browser.

3. After the plug-ins installated, if the bottom of browser pop-up

prompts like: “You can already use Java(tm) Plug-In SSV Helper of

oracle America.Inc ”,Please select “Enable”

1.2 Plug-ins installation

1.2.1 Get plug-ins from web page

a) Enter the download page of HiSupport , click the button "Batch Download" . It

will redirect to another page: edoc check page.

b) At edoc check page，You can choose to install 32-bit or 64-bit according to

your browser system，please give priority to download "Java Client (32-bit)".

c) After the installation finished, if it shows installation page again when you

click the button “Batch Download”, please select "Java Client (64-bit)" to

install。

PS：After clicking "Java Client (32-bit)" or "Java Client (64-bit)” Possible

situations are as follows:

1. The bottom of browser pop-up prompts like: “Do you want to run or save

jre.exe (15.5MB) from edoc-beta.huawei.com”,Please select “Run”

2. If the browser open a new blank page ,please go back to “edoc check

page” and click “Run” in the bottom of browser

1.2.2 Get plug-ins from iDesk

1. Download installation package from “iDesk”. Please choose java 1.6 or 1.7

version.(If you don’t have “iDesk” Please consult your FAE)

2. Click install after download. It is ok that different java Version has different

installation page , for example,:

3. After installation. Back to HiSupport and click “Batch download”. Then

there may be pop-up like this picture. Click “Run”

4. After running finished. You should close the browser and login HiSupport to

click “batch download”.

1.3 Batch download after installation

1. Please use IE browser to login HiSupport and click “batch download”. You

need wait a minute.

2. After a while, it pop-up “File Downloader Settings”. You can click Browse

to select the download path. If not selected, download file will save to C

disk by default.

3. If there too many files , you need to be patient to wait for 2-3 minutes with

this blank page like the following picture:

4. After the download progress is completed, you can view the downloaded

1.4 FAQs

1.4.1 It shows the installation page after I finish installation？

Change the Java Client installation package:

If the last installation is 32 bits, change 64-bit and install again.

If the last installation is 64-bit, then change 32-bit and install again.

1.4.2 Show error image ？

If the Batch download page shows an error like following picture with

IE11.Please Change the IE Settings.

IE11 click  “Manage Add-ons”

IE8 click “Tools”  “Manage Add-ons”

2. Choose “ All add-ons”. And enable all items of which name is began with

“JAVA”

3. Click on the top right of the browser:

IE11 click  “Internet Options”

IE8 click “Tools”  “Internet Options”

1) Alter the "security" and "privacy" level to “middle”.

4. Close the browser after changing all the settings .Then reopen it and login

HiSupport to download again.

1.4.3 Still not working after trying all these ways？

1. Uninstall all Java : click “windows start Control Panel Programs and

Features” and uninstall all the programs beginning with “JAVA”

2. After uninstalling, restart the computer.

3. Operate according to 1.2 installing plug-ins again.

1.4.4 It always shows Security Warning while downloading？

If it shows Security Warning again and again like this picture.You need to change

some settings :
