MODULE OUTCOMES

At the end of the course, the students should be able to:-

 Inspect hydraulic performance


 Inspect pneumatic performance
 Inspect function of servo system
 Perform servo system calibration
 Identify type of sensors
 Inspect function of sensor
 Identify type of soft starter
 Inspect function of soft starter
 Utilize the measuring instrument
 Interpret schematic diagrams
 Apply safety procedure

MODULE DESCRIPTION

This module covers the inspection on hydraulic performance, pneumatic performance, function of servo system, sensor and soft starter and
interpret schematic diagram. Its also covers the application of using instrument to test performance of control system in hydraulic and
pneumatic. Student would be expose in writing report and presentation on hydraulic and pneumatic hydraulic and pneumatic performance
system.

CHECK HYDRAULIC 1.1 Identify hydraulic components. 1.1.1 Explain hydraulic system components according to
