Herb(s) Functions

Wú Zhū Yú, Guì Zhī warm channels/menses and disperse cold; unblock and soothe the blood
Dāng Guī, Sháo Yào active blood and remove stasis, nourish blood and regulate menses
Chuān Xiōng
Dān Pí remove stasis and unblock channels/menses, clear heat due to deficiency
Ē Jiāo, Mài Dōng nourish blood to nourish dryness, stop bleeding.
Rén Shēn, Gān Cǎo benefit qi and tonify spleen
