Sub:- Second legal notice issued to you U/s 10 of A.P Building
control Act 1960 R/w section 106 of T.P Act for evicting you from the
schedule property of my client – Rg.

Under the instructions and on behalf of my client Smt. Kommuru
Sailaja, D/o Sidda Reddy and W/o. Sudhakar Reddy, Residing in
Obulvaripalle Town, Post & Mandal, Kadapa District and also residing in
Rajampeta town in the house of her husband. I hereby issue this second
legal notice to you with the following facts.
1. The schedule property originally belonged to paternal
ancestors of my client named Kommuru Chinna Narasa Reddy and
Yasodamma. Kommuru Chinna Narasa Reddy died long ago by leaving his
estate to his wife named Kommuru Yasodamma. The paternal
grandmother of my client named Yasodamma surrendered the schedule
property to the Mandal Revenue Officer of Obulvaripalle for granting
D.K.T. patta to my client. Thereafter the Mandal Revenue Officer of
Obulvaripalle Mandal granted D.K.T Patta No: 508/1409 dated 08-04-
1999 to my client for the schedule property. My client constructed Zink
Sheet house in the schedule property during 1999 and enjoying the
schedule property. My client about 2 years ago orally leased out the
Veranda covered with Zink sheets to you for the monthly rent Rs. 2,000/-
under oral lease. You have been running Kirana Business in that house

property. You agreed to pay the rent of Rs: 2,000/- to my client, but you
are not paying the rent regularly from 5 months to my client with
fraudulent motive.
2. You took the schedule property from my client under oral
lease about 2 years ago and that you did not take the schedule property
from Kommuru Yasodamma since that Yasodamma surrendered the
schedule property long ago to M.R.O of Obulvaripalle Mandal for granting
D.K.T patta to my client. That Yasodamma is not at all the owner of the
schedule property. You used to pay monthly rent of Rs.2,000/- to my
client for the last 19 months, but you are not paying the rent since five
months. You have to pay the arrears owner of rent of Rs. 10,000/- to my
client. You falsely stated in your reply notice that you used to pay
Rs.1,000/- per month. You never paid rent to Yasodamma but you used
to pay rent to my client only. Tandava Krishna Reddy is not at all the land
lord of this notice schedule property.
3. You gave totally false reply notice dated 17-04-2018 to my
client through your advocate Sri.S.Ravindra and Smt.S.Rama Devi. There
is no truth in that reply notice. The said Sri.Kommuru Tandava Krishna
Reddy has no right or authority to take rents from you since he has no
right or authority over the schedule property of my client. The claim of
Sri.Kommuru Tandava Krishna Reddy and Ramachandra Reddy over the
schedule property was dismissed by the SENIOR CIVIL JUDGE COURT at
Rajampeta on 23-08-2000 in OS No: 18/1989 and also in E.P No: 40/2008
on 21-10-2009. So the said Kommuru Tandava Krishna Reddy and
Kommuru Ramachandra Reddy have no right or authority over the
schedule property. My client is absolute owner the schedule property.
4. You are denying the title of my client over the schedule
property even though you defaulted to pay arrears of rent of Rs.10,000/-
to my client and further you falsely setting up false title to some third
person over the schedule property. Therefore my client being absolute
owner of the schedule property decided to evict you from the schedule
property since you have no right or authority to carry on your Kirana
Shop business in the schedule property of my client.
5. Therefore please take this legal notice under Section 10 of
A.P Buildings Control Act of 1960 R/w Section 106 of T.P Act and that my
client hereby terminated the oral lease of you over the schedule property
by virtue of this second legal notice and that my client is demanding you

to vacate the schedule property by end of this June month 2018 and
deliver vacant possession of the schedule property to my client.
Otherwise my client is forced to take appropriate Civil and Criminal action
against you in the court of law for the Said reliefs by holding you liable for
casts and consequences.

The property situated in Obulvaripalle village fields,
Obulvaripalle Mandal, Pullampeta Sub-District, Kadapa District.
