Final Semester Exam Option

Oracle Academy courses include quizzes, midterm exam (covers first half of semester), and final exam (covers second half of semester).

Now there is also an option to offer students a semester final exam that is cumulative. This exam is limited to one attempt per student.

This can be offered two ways:

1. Add the exam code to the student accounts that have been used during the semester to access and view the course.

2. Create new, student accounts to distribute on a specific exam day.

Option 1:
Go to each student account and assign the appropriate exam code.

Option 2:
Use the "How to Create and Manage Student Accounts" document from the "Oracle iLearning Resources" in Section 0 of any teacher course. Create a set of new student accounts with
the exam codes.

As shown here, student accounts can be set to expire on a future date, thus allowing access during a time period (such as exam day).

To run these reports (detailed instructions can be found in Section 0 of any course):
• Click the Admin button from the Oracle iLearning home page
• Click the Reports tab
• In the "Search Text" textbox, enter the report number from the table above
• Click "Go"
• Click the "Run" icon (eyeglasses) from the result
• Enter your Teacher Organization Name (You can view your teacher organization name in your student account listing or at the left side of the screen after pressing the Admin
button and selecting the Users tab.)
