The greatness of Jesus’
preaching is that no one
escapes. He has something
for everyone. In his famous
Sermon on the Mount, he
preaches the Beatitudes. The
first four address the plight
of the poor, the hungry, the unhappy and the persecut-
ed. To them, he assures the kingdom of heaven as their
reward.
But some listeners had money in their pockets, food
in their bellies, happiness in their hearts, and even the
bonus of respect and admiration from their community.
To these, Jesus said “Woe to you.” How easy for us to
be complacent and satisfied when things are going
well. Jesus reminds us that we are here to love one an-

The St. Catharines Right to Life Association will host
their annual dinner on Saturday, March 2nd at Holi-
day Inn and Suites Parkway Conference Centre (327

St Catharines Right to Life is offering the Dying

JOSEPH & THE AMAZING
TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT
The Parish Community of St. Joseph, Grimsby in part-
nership with Blessed Trinity High School, and the ele-
mentary schools of Our Lady of Fatima, St. Joseph and
St. John Catholic, will present Joseph and the Amazing
Technicolor Dreamcoat, February 28 – March 3,

40 Days for Life – Be part of this peaceful campaign
by prayer and fasting during Lent, March 6th – April
14th. We ask each church to adopt ONE DAY from 8

at the Niagara Falls General Hospital, holding a sign
“Pray to end Abortion.” – This is a prayerful, silent

KITCHEN CREW & FOOD PREP CERTIFICATION
With our kitchen nearing completion, we are planning to host a
workshop for those who are interested in obtaining or renew-
ing their Food Prep Certification. More details will follow but
for now, we would like to hear from you if you’d be interested
in doing this or being part of the kitchen crew. The instruction
would be about 3 hours and there would be a test after (don’t
