Type: Tri-sector, Rotary regeneration with vertical axis rotation, enclosed with air/gas tight casing. No. of RAPH per boiler: Two Each RAPH to include the following items, Main rotor assembly. Main drive motor shall be an electric motor and gear reducer assembly. The motor shall be suitable for Low voltage (10%) power source specified elsewhere. Rotor housing assembly including hot end and cold end centre section assembly. Pin Rack assembly. Hot end heating elements. Hot intermediate heating elements. Cold end heat elements: Seal assembly (Radial seals, Axial seals and Rotor post seal etc.) ‘An auxiliary air motor drive complete with over running clutch and electromagnetic valve, lubricator and fiter. Bearings Hot end bearing oil circulation system with water cooler and stand by.(with two pumps) Cold end bearing oil circulation system with water cooler and stand by.(with ‘two pumps) ‘Two stationary water washing device.
