AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This agreement made and entered into by and between MR. RAUL G. ROYO, School Head of
Cabas-an Elementary School, Aroroy West District herein after referred to as the PARTY OF THE FIRST
PARTY and JOVEL C. HERNANDEZ of legal age, married and a resident of Masbate,Masbate, herein
referred as the PARTY OF THE SECOND PARTY.

WITNESSETH: that

THE PARTY OF THE FIRST PARTY and the PARTY OF THE SECOND PARTY and in consideration of
the mutual covenant and agreement made by these present entered into an agreement for the payment
for the labor of construction of School Main Gate and concrete panels in front of the school in the amount
of P7000.00 ( Seven Thousand Pesos Only ) charge to School MOOE.

That if the PARTY OF THE SECOND PARTY fails to comply in any aspect with the condition and
stipulation imposed upon them, the PARTY OF THE FIRST PARTY say without notice terminate the
contract.

In witness HEREOF, the parties have set their hands this 10th day of December, 2014 at Cabas-
an, Aroroy, Masbate.
